A. What is your Return Policy?
At Flobinna House of Fashion, we guarantee our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with our merchandise and need to exchange or return it, please to so within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. We please ask that you contact us for complete instructions and return address for the merchandise. B. Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to all the 7 continents. Be aware of any additional customs fees for international goods in your area. Flobinna House of fashion will not be responsible for paying any customs fee once your package leaves the United States. For more on shipments, see our shipping policy.

D. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email at info@flobinna.com with your order number or call +1682-231-0078. A cancellation fee of $15 will be applied.
E. I have entered an incorrect address; Can I change my address?
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes are not possible after the order has been placed.
