Returns and Cancellations
At Flobinna House of Fashion, we guarantee our products. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase amount. Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. We please ask that you contact us for complete instructions and return address for the merchandise.
Please call our Service Center or email us within 24 hours of placing your order online, if you wish to cancel it. A cancellation fee of $15 will be applied.
RETURNING BY MAIL
There will be NO Refunds on Any purchase of our medical supplies. Please read our descriptions for each item carefully before you make your purchase.
All sales of Flobinna Frontal Lace Wigs are Final, they are not returnable or exchangeable. If you receive items that are damaged or defective upon arrival, please call or email us immediately, so we can assist you with return shipping fees. If you don’t contact us first, you’ll be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Within the US
All returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. This allows you to track your return parcel with that particular Postal Service.
Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “Outside USA” on the outside of the package.
Flobinna House of Fashion will not accept returns or issue refunds if the above instruction is not followed by the customer. We do not refund for incorrect choice or unwanted purchases. Please consider your decisions carefully when using the Website.
